Installation
The HarmonyCoat Wooden Piano Coat Rack can be installed in two ways: without drilling or with drilling, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your space.
Option 1: Installation without drilling
Ideal for rental properties or if you prefer not to drill holes in your wall.
Step 1: Thoroughly clean the wall and ensure the surface is dry, dust-free, and grease-free.
Step 2: Remove the protective film from the self-adhesive mounting plate on the back.
Step 3: Position the coat rack against the wall at the desired height.
Step 4: Press firmly and hold for several seconds to ensure optimal adhesion.
Step 5: Allow the coat rack to rest for 12–24 hours before placing any weight on it.
Suitable surfaces:
Smooth walls, tiles, glass, metal, painted wood.
Not suitable for:
Rough walls, brick, concrete, wallpaper, or uneven surfaces.
Option 2: Installation with drilling
Recommended for maximum load capacity and long-term use, especially for heavier coats.
Step 1: Determine the desired position and mark the drilling points.
Step 2: Drill the holes and insert the wall plugs.
Step 3: Secure the coat rack using the supplied screws.
Step 4: Check that the coat rack is level and firmly mounted.
Tip:
Use the no-drill installation for light to medium loads. For heavier coats or frequent daily use, we recommend installation with drilling.
